SCGC and Suzhou People’s Municipal Government (Suzhou Science and Technology Investment Company), Zhangjiagang People’s Municipal Government (Zhangjiagang Jinmao Investment and Development Co., Ltd), Suzhou International Development Group Co., Ltd jointly issued Suzhou government guided fund—Suzhou Guofa Fund Investment Co., Ltd of which the initial fund scale was RMB 150 million yuan.
SCGC and Suzhou International Development Group Co., Ltd, Zhangjiagang Jinmao Investment and Development Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Innovation Win-Win Investment Management and Consultation Co., Ltd as well as the management group of Suzhou Guofa Innovation Fund Management Co., Ltd jointly established Suzhou Guofa Innovation Fund Management Co., Ltd of which the registered capital is RMB ten million yuan.
Adopting the mode which entrusts fund management to fund management companies, the investment business of Suzhou Guofa Fund Investment Co., Ltd was entrusted to Suzhou Guofa Innovation Fund Management Co., Ltd for management.
