SCGC and Zibo Hi-tech Venture Investment Co., Ltd, Beijing Great Wall Times Information Technology Co., Ltd as well as the management group of Zibo Innovation Fund Management Company jointly established Zibo Innovation Fund Management Co., Ltd of which the registered capital was RMB one million yuan.
Adopting the mode which entrusts fund management to fund management companies, the investment business of Zibo Innovation Fund Investment Co., Ltd was entrusted to Zibo Innovation Fund Management Co., Ltd for management.
