Shenzhen Capital Group (SCGC) demonstrates leadership in the

largest investment team in China (90 professionals), an
investment pace of 50 ¨C 60 deals per year, and the most listed
companies (50) of any VC in China.

Total investment over the years ¨C RMB 4.5 billon
($661 million). Investments by SGC are 12% early stage, 53%
growth stage, and 35% pre-IPO companies.
SCGC has RMB 80 billion in investable capital. SGC invests both
RMB Yuan and US Dollars for equity stakes in outstanding
companies. This dual currency flexibility gives SCGC the ability
to invest in great deals regardless of their structure.
- Experience
SCGC¡¯s experience in the China venture
capital-private equity arena is long and diverse. As of mid
2009, SCGC had invested into 256 companies, the most of any firm
in China, with 50 IPO¡¯s from its portfolio, the most of any firm
in China. SCGC also participated in several private equity
deals.
In 2007, two SCGC portfolio companies achieved capital market
firsts¡ªthe first Chinese company to list on the Korea Stock
Exchange and the first Chinese company to list on the Deutsche
Borse main board. SCGC also had the first company to list in
Europe after the failure of Lehman Brothers, Vtion Wireless.
