GenFleet Therapeutics，one of the portfolio companies of Shenzhen Capital Group, went public on the HKEX Main Board

On September 19,2025, GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02595.HK), one of the portfolio companies of Shenzhen Capital Group, completed its IPO on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

As a national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise, GenFleet Therapeutics develops new treatments for solid tumors across different treatment lines, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Its pipeline includes eight drug candidates (five in clinical stage), with GFH925 and GFH375 as core products. As the first KRAS G12C inhibitor approved in China and the third globally, GFH925 marks a major breakthrough.
